All Business Associate Agreements (BAA) for VideoAsk are managed by Typeform, as VideoAsk is a Typeform product.
If your organization is a HIPAA Covered Entity, you may need to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Typeform to process your data. Typeform’s data protection standards are HIPAA compliant and we can provide a BAA for customers on our Enterprise plan.
