To view and reply to videoask responses from your phone, you can install the VideoAsk iOS app or the VideoAsk Android app. Using the mobile app also gives you the option to receive both email notifications and a push notification on your phone when you get new responses.
To get notifications on your phone, you'll need to enable them in two places: in the VideoAsk mobile app and in your phone's settings.

Enable VideoAsk notifications
In the VideoAsk mobile app, click the icon that looks like a person to open My Account.
Click My notifications.
Toggle on Push notifications.
Allow iOS notifications
In your phone's Settings click Notifications.
Scroll down the list of apps and click VideoAsk.
Toggle Allow Notifications on and choose which types of alerts you want to receive.
That's it! Now when you receive a new response or reply you'll receive a notification on your phone.

In your phone's Settings, go to app notifications.
Scroll down the list of apps and click VideoAsk.
Enable Show notifications and choose which types of alerts you want to receive.
That's it! Now when you receive a new response or reply you'll receive a notification on your phone.
